We have two Phoenix Magic Club meetings this month, and as always, every magician is invited, whether you are an IBM member, a SAM member, or completely unaffiliated. We like more magicians!
The first September meeting is the 2nd, this next Tuesday at 6pm (social/dinner hour) and the meeting starts at 7pm. The theme for this meeting is Ancient, Antique, and Unusual Magic! Do you have something old you got at a swap meet? Some kind of odd gimmick or gaff? Or just something that makes you go, “Hmmm…?” Then bring it down and let us see it!
The second September Meeting will be the 17th — bring your pocket miracles! This meeting’s theme is Business Card Magic! We’ll explore how something as ordinary as a business card can become a powerful tool for astonishment, connection, and creativity. Whether it’s a clever reveal, a memory trick, or a way to leave spectators with a lasting impression, you’ll see why business cards might be the most underrated prop in magic.
