A combined meeting of Ring 55 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (I.B.M.) and Assembly 248 of the Society of American Magicians (S.A.M.) — everybody interested in the mystery arts is welcome to attend, IBM/SAM member or not.
Join us for a spine-tingling evening of mysterious and macabre magic! This month’s theme is Bizarre or Creepy Magic, and you’re encouraged to perform effects that venture into the darker, stranger side of our art. Think haunting mentalism, eerie predictions, unsettling transformations, or classic spook shows. Whether you conjure spirits, read minds, or simply embrace the weird and wonderful, we want to see your most mysterious material.
Of course, the theme is optional—everyone is welcome to perform regardless of whether you have something creepy up your sleeve. Come for the chills, stay for the thrills, and let’s explore the shadowy corners of magic together!
Social hour at 6pm, meeting starts at 7pm.
